Halloween is almost upon us; the monsters are out in force, and there's something seriously nasty lurking in the swamp. Fortunately, Isaac Maya has arrived, armed with a fully loaded sound system and six tracks of filthy jump-up D&B to send the creatures of the night back into hiding.

Following his previous outings on Serial Killaz Recordings, Isaac returns with A Legendary Monster Hunter EP, bringing six dark and dirty rollers packed with heavyweight bass, twisted grooves and plenty of classic horror-movie madness.

Things get underway with Vampire, before Isaac takes us deeper into the darkness with The Curse of the Mummy and Zombies. From there, we're dealing with The Devil, Van Helsing and finally Demons. It's basically an entire horror film's worth of trouble, condensed into six jump-up weapons.

The horror samples and B-movie atmosphere run throughout the EP, but this is no novelty Halloween release. The tracks are built for the dancefloor, with nasty basslines, rolling drums and that unmistakable jump-up energy doing the real damage. The monsters might be fictional, but these tunes are about as real as it gets.

A Legendary Monster Hunter EP lands on Serial Killaz Recordings on 30 October 2026.
