Active since the late 90s, Maya emerged from Mexico City's thriving underground and steadily carved out an international reputation with his distinctive take on jungle. Widely regarded as a pioneer of the “Dubwise Jungle” sound, his productions fuse heavyweight reggae spirit with rapid-fire breakbeats and cavernous bass pressure. The result is a style that feels both rooted in soundsystem culture and built for the modern drum & bass dancefloor.

With The Mexican EP, Isaac Maya leans proudly into his heritage while keeping the jungle energy firmly locked in.
